• For seamless online payment experiences, kindly forward your transaction details – inclusive of your name, city, and amount – to crm@eliteleevators.com upon successful payment realization, we’ll promptly acknowledge and provide you with a receipt.
• To ensure optimum performance, please ensure a stabilized power connection of Single Phase 230V -50/60 Hz, complemented by a minimum 32 Amp supply and a circuit breaker
• Your partnership is essential. For the lift installation, we request customers to manage any required civil works. Additionally, should there be a need, please arrange for structural support on your end.
• For those who require flexibility, we’re happy to accommodate installation requests outside of standard working hours, subject to a nominal fee and our team’s availability.
• Our commitment to you includes a robust 1-year product warranty and 1-year service warranty. This covers parts, granted the lift receives regular care and service by our trained Elite Elevators experts. For extended peace of mind, our lifetime warranties necessitate adherence to the manufacturer’s AMC and our authorized personnel’s involvement. Ensuring these conditions is the key to uninterrupted warranty benefits.
• In the rare event of unforeseen external disruptions (Force Majeure), there may be reasonable extensions to our service timelines. Should such an eventuality extend beyond 60 days, we assure you transparency and the option to terminate the Works without any obligations.
• We’re delighted to offer complimentary lift storage for the initial two weeks. Beyond this grace period, minimal storage fees will apply.
• We understand that plans change. In the event of order cancellation: Within 24 hours of quotation: 25%of the total price is retained. Post-production commencement: 60%. Upon readiness for dispatch: 85%. At delivery: 100%. Kindly communicate such requests through registered email.
• Rest assured; our operations uphold the esteemed legal standards of Dubai, UAE. In the unlikely event of disputes, they will be judiciously addressed exclusively within UAE jurisdiction.
